Anthony is the Group CEO of Cambodian Investment Management Holdings and Chairman of Premium Human Resources, Cambodian Investment Management Tax Services and Phnom Penh BG Serviced Offices.

With more than 27 years of international experience in corporate and investment banking, he began his career in the US and has worked in London, Brussels, Hong Kong, and Bangkok with Citibank, as well as in Indonesia and Cambodia with ANZ. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Cambodian Taxation.
